We take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND including covering the return shipping cost within the country of purchase and in the 30 days from the purchasing date.

Note: The Zakix warranty applies if you purchase our products from authorized sellers. Currently Zakix doesn’t have any resellers or distributor; make sure to buy our products through “Zakix Direct” on Amazon in order to get manufacturer warranty.

 

PRODUCT REGISTRATION

Registering your Zakix product on our website entitles you to the following benefits:

– Extra 6 months warranty for FREE (this give you total of 24 months of warranty).

– FREE return label for the first 90 days from your purchase date (applicable to defective products only).

– Receive FREE and exclusive discounted Zakix products for testing and review.

 

YOUR COMPREHENSIVE ZAKIX WARRANTY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING COVERAGE:

– 30 Days Worry-Free Money Back Guarantee: within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can return your product for a full refund, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

– Within the warranty time: we will replace your defective unit with a brand new one. If you register your product, you will receive an extra 6 months warranty free of charge. Please follow the warranty replacement process below.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ZAKIX PRODUCT:

– Contact support@zakix.com and provide your order number*

– Please fill out RMA information at the back, tear off this page and leave it inside your return package for our attention

– We will process your RMA and issue a replacement when we receive your package.

 

TO GET A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT:

Please send an email to support@i-zakix.com. You do not need to buy a new Zakix Product at retail price with Zakix’s warranty process. The only costs you may be responsible for include:

– Shipping and handling for the replacement product to be shipped to you.

– Postage for returning your old product.

– Potential customs/brokerage fees for receiving the replacement product (international customers only).

 

*If your product is purchased from the Amazon Fulfilled channel, please contact Amazon for your return within 30 days of purchase.
